Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Fibly account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Fibly.
- Go to Profile → Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Delete account and confirm in the dialog.
Your account and game data are removed right away. This works the same for a guest account.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email app.soluhub@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm ownership, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and sign-in identity (your Apple / Google / email sign-in, or the guest identifier).
- All gameplay data: XP, level, hearts, gems, boosts, medals, streaks, answer history, and your entries in every daily challenge and weekly league.
What may be retained
Aggregated or anonymised analytics and crash data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained to help keep the app stable. We keep no other personal data after deletion. (The app has no purchases, so there are no billing records to retain.)
