Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Serhii Liakhovchuk, an independent developer based in Ukraine (the "Developer", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Fibly mobile game («Правда чи Брехня» / "True or False"). Please read them before playing.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Fibly you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fibly.
2. The service
Fibly is a bilingual (Ukrainian/English) trivia game in which you decide whether a statement is true or false and then see an explanation. The app is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove content and features, and update or discontinue the app, at any time.
3. Your account
You can play as a guest without an account; guest progress is stored only for this app installation. To keep progress across devices you sign in with your Apple ID, Google account or an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity under it. Keep one account per person, and let us know at app.soluhub@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with scores, hearts, gems, or leaderboards;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the app's security or App Check;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute the app's questions, content, or artwork;
- use the app unlawfully or in a way that disrupts the service or other players.
5. Virtual items
The game includes virtual items such as gems, hearts, and boosts. These are earned through gameplay and are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use in-game features. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be adjusted, expire, or be removed. The app currently offers no real-money purchases. If paid purchases are introduced in the future, they will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and covered by additional terms shown at that time.
6. Intellectual property
Fibly and its content — including questions, explanations, text, artwork, the mascot, logos, and software — are owned by the Developer or licensed to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Fibly is an entertainment game. Trivia content is provided for fun and general interest and may contain simplifications or errors — it is not professional advice. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or of virtual items, arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using Fibly and delete your account at any time (see Delete Your Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination your right to use the app ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
9. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: app.soluhub@gmail.com.
